                              Disney Cruises Return to Galveston Next Month
                             Galveston to Offer Pre- and Post-Cruise Family Friendly Fun for Disney Cruisers

 
 
GALVESTON ISLAND, TEXAS (October 27, 2016) – Galveston’s harbor will once again be filled with the magic and cheer only a mouse can bring as Disney Cruise Line returns to the Port of Galveston next month.
 
The 2,400-passenger Disney Wonder will begin sailing from Galveston Nov. 10, offering four, six and seven-night itineraries to the Western Caribbean and The Bahamas through Jan. 13, 2017.
 
Ports of call will include: Grand Cayman; Key West; Cozumel and Costa Maya, Mexico; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Falmouth, Jamaica; Nassau, Bahamas; and Disney’s Castaway Cay.
 
Cruise passengers looking for the ultimate family vacation have the opportunity to enhance their trip by starting or ending their stay with Galveston Island’s popular beaches, adventure attractions and historical sites.
 
As a top Texas destination, Galveston Island offers activities for all ages, including popular attractions like the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier amusement park and adventure resort Moody Gardens. In addition, the Galveston Cruise Terminal is located within walking distance of the island’s historical downtown shopping district, dolphin tours on Pier 21, the Texas Seaport Museum, the Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig & Museum and much more.
